PCR: DNA-Analysis on highest level
The Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) is a highly sensitive and exact method for DNA-Analysis. We use in our laboratory the advancement of the PCR, the Real-Time PCR for qualitative and quantitative detection of Genetically Modified Organisms (GMO or OGM), Allergenes as well as identification of plant- and animal species (including fish) in food, feed, seed, agricultural-, cosmetical- and pharmaceutical products.
Validated methods out of the German food and feed law § 64 LFGB (Lebensmittel- und Futtermittel-Gesetzbuch) and own developed and validated PCR-detection methods are available. Please have a look at the list of detection procedures.
